Description
The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services for an Urban Search & Rescue Mobilization Exercise. The selected firm will facilitate exercise planning, controlling, and evaluation, and provide a comprehensive exercise plan using Homeland Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines. The firm will also provide a Lead Exercise Controller with water rescue and boat operator experience, and conduct evaluator recruitment to develop a comprehensive After-Action Report.
