This Quick Quote solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide chemical waste removal services and associated logistics for the BCL26 B66 project. The State of Alabama will evaluate quotes based on price reasonableness, compliance with hazardous waste regulations, and the vendor’s ability to meet a short‑term timeline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and will cover the collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of hazardous chemical waste generated by the project.
• Scope includes on‑site waste characterization, packaging, safe handling, transport, and final disposal at a licensed facility.
• Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, possess all required permits (e.g., hazardous waste transporter license), and be able to provide E‑Verify documentation within 5 days if workers are employed in Alabama.
• Bids must be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM CST on 27 March 2026; the State may cancel the award with 30‑day (supplies) or 72‑hour (services) notice.
