The City of Raleigh Transit Division is seeking a qualified contractor for the installation of timepoint signs at designated GoRaleigh bus stops throughout the GoRaleigh service area. The purpose of this project is to improve on-time performance and schedule reliability with GoRaleigh Bus Operators by clearly identifying designated timepoints along fixed-route transit services. The project scope includes the installation of approximately 120 timepoint signs that will be installed on thirty-four (34) of the GoRaleigh system routes. Some key tasks include: * Providing hardware to install the signs to the signposts * Coordinating with the City of Raleigh project manager, Sara Tromba * Performing all work in accordance with City of Raleigh standards, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and the specifications contained within this solicitation * Operating with flashing lights and other safety measures to improve visibility while working within the right-of-way * Following federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wages and Buy America provisions.
