Description
The University of Southern Mississippi is seeking proposals to renew Pathlock Security Platform licensing, support, and maintenance for a three-year term. The platform supports an on-premise PeopleSoft ERP environment, including Campus Solutions, HCM, and Financials. The estimated number of users is approximately 13,000 students, 1,700 staff, and 900 faculty. Key requirements include annual subscription, support, and maintenance for Pathlock components, including Security Platform, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Analytics 360.
• The University is seeking a three-year agreement with the possibility of two 1-year renewals.
• Respondents should provide a minimum of three customer references that have implemented the proposed solution and/or services in the last 12 months.
• Proposals should be written in English, legible, and appropriately structured.
• The University reserves the right to evaluate the awarded proposal for possible use in future projects.
