Description
The City of Salina is soliciting bids for the demolition, earthwork, construction of a new scale house building, installation of two truck scales, and associated site improvements at its municipal solid waste landfill facility. The scope covers complete building construction (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing), roadway and pavement work, concrete pads, curbs, sidewalks, storm‑water controls, and full utility coordination. Bidders must submit firm unit‑price bids and acknowledge receipt of this addendum; the bid deadline has been extended to early April.
• Demolition of existing scale house and truck scale with proper disposal.
• Comprehensive civil works: grading, sub‑grade preparation, aggregate base, asphalt pavement, concrete pads, curbs, sidewalks, and drainage improvements.
• New building construction and installation of two truck scales, including all MEP systems and utility connections.
