Description
The US Embassy is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for their warehouse. The solicitation is open to prospective quoters, and the contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The contractor will be required to provide cleaning services for the warehouse. A site visit will be held on November 19, 2025, and interested parties must provide the name and DNI of each person attending before November 13, 2025.
• The contractor must submit a sealed envelope marked "Quotation Enclosed" to the US Embassy by December 4, 2025.
• The contractor must follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation and complete the required portions of the attached document.
• The US Government intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although they may hold discussions with companies if necessary.
