The Office of Procurement and Contracts is seeking a vendor to provide on-call generator maintenance and service for the Winfield Correctional Facility. The contract will involve semi-annual inspections and annual services for two generators located at the facility. The vendor will be required to provide a cost sheet with their bid, including costs for inspections, services, and materials. The contract will also involve quote-based services for repairs that fall outside of the inspection scope.
• The vendor must be able to service the generators as one unit, as they are located on the same gen set.
• The transfer switch inspection has been removed from the bid specifications.
• The vendor must monitor the website for any changes to the bid specifications.
