Down Payment Assistance Program

The Town of Brookhaven is seeking proposals for the Down Payment Assistance Program. This program aims to provide assistance to eligible individuals and families in purchasing homes. The successful proposer will be responsible for furnishing supplies, equipment, and/or services subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP. • The program is designed to assist low-to-moderate income households in purchasing homes. • The successful proposer will be required to provide down payment assistance to eligible applicants. • The proposer must demonstrate experience in providing similar services and have a proven track record of success. • The proposal must include a detailed description of the services to be provided, as well as a breakdown of the costs associated with the program.
