The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking to purchase active bystandership training and consultation services from Heroes Active Bystandership Training, LLC. The training is designed to develop a culture of active bystandership across OYA facilities and community services. The contract includes proprietary pre-implementation surveys, train-the-trainer sessions, national instructor site visits, consultation, and reinforcement modules. The estimated total value of the contract is $205,300, with an option to amend up to $250,000.
