Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 50,000 pocket folders and CM cards for shrink wrap packs and cartons, plus 50 QARC's. The folders should be 9 x 12" in size, with 5" high inside pockets, and should be printed in 4-color process with some type reversing out to appear white. The CM cards should be 5-1/2 x 3-1/2" in size and printed in black ink. The vendor should provide proofs for approval before printing, and the final products should be delivered to the Navy Recruiting Command and the Navy Recruiter Store.
Some key points to consider are:
• The vendor must provide a W-9 form before payment can be made.
• The vendor must register in GPO Publish to receive and perform work with the GPO.
• The vendor must provide inkjet proofs for folder that are G7 profiled and use pigment-based inks.
• The vendor must use a proofing RIP that provides an option for high quality color matching.
• The vendor must provide a minimum of 175-line screens required.
• The vendor must use paper that is in accordance with JCP Paper Specification Standards.
