The Alabama Department of Agriculture is soliciting a Business Full Service Annual Agreement to support two laboratory instruments located at the Thompson Bishop Sparks Lab in Auburn, AL: an APS One (catalog #4705657, SN10165290) and a BioMérieux Masterclave 10 (catalog #4705480, SN10168173). The contractor must provide comprehensive service throughout the contract period (May 2025 – May 2026), including telephone support, on‑site labor, travel expenses, all replacement parts, unlimited support calls, and one preventive maintenance visit per instrument per year.
