Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide annual service for a Roche IHC Discovery ULTRA system. The contract will include one preventive maintenance service visit per year, unlimited emergency visits, and all necessary parts and labor. The contractor must have authorized access to proprietary OEM service software and diagnostic tools. The contract is expected to be for a base year with four option years, with an estimated period of performance from August 3, 2026, to August 2, 2031.
