Description
• Scope covers approx. 30 doors across Hillside Elementary and Tenakill Middle School, including gymnasium, vestibule, classroom, bathroom, and main entry doors.
• Required hardware: continuous hinges, exit devices, door closers, kick plates, cylinders, and optional wall stops.
• All work must be completed within 3 months of start, with start no later than 10 weeks after award; liquidated damages $500/day for delays.
• Contractor responsible for permits, disposal, insurance, performance/bid bonds, and compliance with NJ prevailing‑wage rules.
