Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) testing, inspection, and maintenance services at the Dayton VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for performing inspections and tests on all equipment listed in the Equipment Schedule, providing a detailed report for each inspection and test, and coordinating with the Project Manager for any required de-energization of switches. The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
• The contractor must be a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide pricing information with a breakdown of all labor and materials.
• The contractor must provide at least three and not more than five past performance references for work of a similar size and scope within the past 5 years.
• The contractor must have the proper licensing and certifications to perform the required services.
