Hollow Creek Waterline Extension

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the Hollow Creek Waterline Extension project. The project involves the installation of a new 8” waterline on Hollow Creek Lane, including some concrete driveway replacement. Bidders must be properly licensed and comply with the City/County Utility Commission's Minority and Women Business Enterprise program. The project has M/WBE subcontracting goals of 6% MBE and 4% WBE. • The project includes the extension and installation of new 8” waterline on the residential street of Hollow Creek Lane. • Concrete driveway replacement is required where existing driveways will be removed for work. • Compliance with the City/County Utility Commission's Minority and Women Business Enterprise program is required. • The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on May 5, 2026.
