The U.S. Army is soliciting the procurement of both stationary and mobile diesel‑fuel generators. The stationary unit must be mounted on a <190 gal diesel tank, deliver approximately 60 kVA, and be compatible with Generac GTS Series transfer switches. The mobile unit also must deliver ~60 kVA, be mounted on a 150 gal tank, include a heavy‑duty trailer with a DOT‑approved towing package, and provide 100 ft of phase‑to‑phase cabling. Both systems require main breakers, batteries, block heaters, and battery chargers. • Stationary generator: 60 kVA, 120/208 V 3‑phase, 60 Hz, diesel‑fuel, #2 diesel tank <190 gal, Generac‑compatible controls. • Mobile generator: 60 kVA, 120/208 V 3‑phase, 60 Hz, diesel‑fuel, 150 gal tank, trailer with 2‑inch ball hitch, DOT towing package, 100 ft of cable per phase. • Delivery to Fort Detrick, MD; set‑aside for SBA small businesses; response due 4 Sept 2026.
