RFP 67-200 Tobacco Regional Primary Contractors

The Pennsylvania Department of Health is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to serve as Regional Primary Contractors (RPCs) for its Comprehensive Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program. One RPC will be selected for each of eight defined geographic regions across the Commonwealth. The contract is cost‑reimbursement and will run through September 30 2029. Contractors must deliver evidence‑based tobacco‑prevention services, youth education, cessation counseling, second‑hand smoke reduction, and disparity mitigation, while adhering to CDC best practices and the state’s Strategic Plan.
