Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide STRmix Annual Upgrade and Maintenance services, including all new point and major version releases, as well as expert resolution of general STRmix Scientific Support questions for a 12-month period. The scope of work includes trouble shooting, case-specific queries, general email queries, and advice, but excludes validation, platform upgrade, or version upgrade support. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
