Description
The State of Tennessee Department of Health seeks a qualified contractor to conduct on‑site inspections of all licensed veterinary facilities and certified animal‑control agencies across three geographic regions (East, Middle, West) of Tennessee. The contractor will perform inspections, complete required inspection forms, submit monthly status reports, and attend Board meetings as needed. The contract spans five years, with the potential for extensions, and may be awarded as up to three separate regional contracts.
• Perform ~200 inspections per year in East Tennessee, ~220 in Middle Tennessee, and ~75 in West Tennessee, each averaging 1.5 hours.
• Submit completed inspection forms within 10 days of each inspection and provide monthly status reports within 10 days after the final inspection of the month.
• Maintain compliance with conflict‑of‑interest disclosures, insurance requirements, and all state contractual terms, including nondiscrimination and legal‑immigrant prohibitions.
