Description
The Arizona Game and Fish Department (AGFD) is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build and execute private sewer system improvements at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility (BASF). The scope includes site mobilization, utility locating, tree and rock removal, asphalt cutting, installation of approximately 7,015 linear feet of 4‑inch PVC gravity sewer pipe, construction of 13 four‑foot manholes and 25 cleanouts, installation of silt fences and other SWPPP controls, and a 20 % contingency allowance. An additive alternate requires a tie‑in to the Hunter Education Building. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) by 29 Sep 2026, with a 90‑day bid validity and required performance/payment bonds within 10 days of award.
