Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for janitorial services at the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries headquarters. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must submit their bids online via the LaGov supplier portal. A mandatory site visit is required, and bidders must contact Ernest (Kim) Prevost to arrange a visit. The bid prices must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination, and payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery.
