ITB 26-VSW-TAL-008 Tanana Exploratory Water Supply Well

The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program is soliciting bids for the construction of at least one and up to three 6-inch diameter vertical groundwater wells for a community water system in Tanana, Alaska. The project includes mobilizing, demobilizing, site cleanup, drilling, and installing wells, as well as performing pump tests and other related work. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026. • The project requires the construction of 6-inch diameter vertical groundwater wells for a community water system. • The wells will be drilled to a depth of approximately 60 feet and will penetrate the unconsolidated water-bearing sand and gravels. • The project includes the installation of well casing, screens, and pumps. • The contractor will be required to perform pump tests and other related work to ensure the wells meet the required production rate. • The project is funded by the State of Alaska and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid.
