The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, is seeking to purchase one new all-wheel drive sport utility vehicle for the Kauai District Health Office. The vehicle must meet specific requirements, including being a 2026 or newer model, having a minimum gross vehicle weight rating of 4,000 pounds, and featuring a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder engine. The vehicle must also have a towing capacity of at least 3,500 pounds and come with a basic 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. • The vehicle must be delivered on or before December 31, 2026, to the Kauai District Health Office. • The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary documents, including a Hawaii Safety Inspection Certificate, Application for Registration, and Certificate of Origin. • The State of Hawaii will be responsible for registering and licensing the vehicle. • The vendor must include all applicable taxes, fees, and charges in the price submitted. • The transaction fee for this solicitation is 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
