STX)-2026-003 Addendum 1 (Removal and Installation of Perimeter Fencing at St. Croix Container Port

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified and licensed contractors to replace approximately 2,000 linear feet of damaged perimeter fencing and install new fencing at the Wilfred "Bomba" Allick Container Port located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. The selected contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the services. Key aspects of the project include: • Replacement of damaged perimeter fencing • Installation of new fencing • Provision of all labor, materials, and equipment • Compliance with the Authority's specifications and requirements • Maintenance of insurance coverage as specified in the ITB The project requires the contractor to assume responsibility for meeting all requirements agreed to in the response to the ITB, and to designate a project manager to serve as the point of contact for the Authority.
