Description
The State of California Department of General Services is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to supply and install electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) for the Southern Regional Equipment Repair Shop in Los Angeles County. The work includes civil site preparation, conduit and wiring installation, transformer and panel upgrades, installation of charging stations (including ADA‑accessible ports), bollard placement, testing, commissioning, and delivery of as‑built documentation. The contract is limited to small‑business and micro‑business firms, requires a C‑10 electrical license, and carries a 60‑day performance period.
• Install 10 EV charging ports (8 Level‑2, 2 DC‑Fast) with all supporting power infrastructure.
• Perform civil work: trenching, back‑filling, surface restoration, bollard and signage installation.
• Provide testing, commissioning, and full documentation; furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of contract price.
