Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for the Elixir software through a Quick Quote process. The solicitation is open for bidding from 11/21/2025 to 11/26/2025. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit their responses electronically. The State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
Some key aspects of the solicitation include:
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract and must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142.
• The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications after bid opening.
