The County of Montgomery seeks a qualified vendor to provide full‑cycle printing, insertion, and mailing of a variety of tax‑related notices. The contractor must handle high‑volume production (up to 1 million pieces per month), maintain postal automation, provide secure data handling, and meet tight turn‑around requirements (proofs within 24 hours, mailing within 24‑48 hours). No subcontracting is permitted; the vendor must hold postal certification, CASS‑qualified address processing, and provide reporting on postage costs. The contract is for one year with two optional one‑year renewals and a possible 5 % annual price increase.
