OWNER'S REP AND PROJECT MGMT CONSULTANT SVCS - HIGHCREST, WEBB, CHARLES WRIGHT

The Town of Wethersfield is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide comprehensive owner's representative and project management services for the design and construction of a new Pre-K – 4 Highcrest Elementary school, and the renovation of two existing schools, Webb Elementary School and Charles Wright Elementary School. The selected firm or individual will be responsible for managing the project from conception to completion, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the Town. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, project planning, design management, construction management, and close-out.
