Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the provision of seasonal pumping service for seventeen vault toilets located in Temperance River State Park, Caribou Falls Wayside Rest Area, and Ray Berglund Wayside Rest Area. The service period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The contractor will be responsible for pumping the vault toilets at least once per season, with some requiring intermittent pumping on an "as needed" basis. The contractor must also dispose of any waste removed during the pumping process.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must also follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Project Supervisor.
• The contract period is approximately 2 years.
• The estimated total gallons to be pumped per service period is 18,000 gallons.
• The contractor will be paid on a per tank pumped basis.
