ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE COWLITZ FALLS PROJECT AND GENERATION RESOURCES

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is soliciting engineering and professional consulting firms to serve on‑call for the Cowlitz Falls Hydroelectric Project and other current or future generation assets. Qualified firms will respond to individual task orders as needs arise, providing expertise in hydroelectric facilities, dam safety, FERC compliance, civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and related disciplines. The solicitation is an RFQ for Statements of Qualifications; responses are due Oct 29 2026, with award expected Dec 15 2026 and contract effective Jan 1 2027.
