Earth Machine Composter Bins

The City of Orlando is seeking to award a sole source contract for the provision of Earth Machine Composter Units designed to compost food and yard waste, manufactured by ORBIS Corporation. The contract is intended to be awarded to ORBIS Corporation, as they are the direct manufacturer and dealer with proprietary rights to this product line. However, other suppliers who believe they can provide the same type of product are encouraged to submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities to the Purchasing Agent by the due date. The scope of work includes the provision of Earth Machine Composter Units, and the contract is expected to be awarded for a period of time, although the exact duration is not specified.
