Description
The Clackamas County is seeking bids for the Sunnyside Clinic Remodel project. The project consists of the renovation of an existing clinic space of about 4,400 SF, including a new reception area, new retail pharmacy, and remodeling of existing exam rooms to be new office spaces. The scope also includes the replacement of the roof and preparation of the sterilization area in the dental space for replacement of their existing sterilization equipment. The project requires careful coordination with the owner/managers of the facility on construction activities and off-hour work to complete some of the scope.

• The engineer's estimate for the project is $1,944,925.00.
• The project requires the contractor to apply for and obtain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing permits.
• The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the dental team to leave as little time as possible without the dental sterilization function.
