Description
The Florida Department of Corrections is seeking a leased space for a Probation and Parole Office in Citrus County, Florida. The office should have between 5,394 and 5,664 usable square feet of contiguous space. The lease term will be for 8 years with two 5-year renewal options. The offeror should provide a non-escalating full-service lease structure, including base rent, taxes, and all operating expenses.
• The proposed space should be in a building that is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
• The offeror should provide a floor plan to scale, showing the present configurations with measurements.
• The offeror should include a statement indicating the number of parking spaces available for the Agency's use.
• The offeror should provide a notarized statement certifying the availability and agreement to provide the needed parking spaces.
• The offeror should provide a sample of each attachment and addenda, as applicable.
