The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting a Sources Sought market research to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying the Medtronic StealthStation Image‑Guided Surgical Navigation System (and associated accessories) for use across VA medical facilities nationwide. The VA intends to award a single, firm‑fixed‑price Requirements Contract with a one‑year base period and up to four additional one‑year options, delivering complete stereotactic navigation systems, software, and ancillary hardware. Vendors must demonstrate compliance with a set of salient characteristics (e.g., 27” high‑resolution touchscreen, real‑time image fusion, MRI/CT/3D‑US interfacing, FDA 510(k) clearance, one‑year warranty, and EHR interoperability) and provide technical literature, pricing, service‑plan details, and supply‑chain assurances.
