Description
The Maryland School for the Deaf is soliciting a vendor to provide Audio Video Rental and Services for an event at the Ely Building Auditorium. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, supervision, insurance, and materials for the event. The scope of work includes providing audio and video equipment, lighting, pipe and drape, laptops, and webinar and streaming services. The vendor will also be required to provide labor, including an audio engineer, video engineer, camera operator, and webinar and/or streaming technician.
• The event will take place 3 consecutive days between December 12 thru December 16, 2022
• The vendor will need to be familiar with Zoom meetings and linking their equipment to have a Zoom conference for the Superintendent’s Event
• The vendor will need to provide a lighting system to be held by a Truss(s) or something similar
• The vendor will need to build the stage and lighting etc and remove all equipment at the end of the event
• The contract award will be based on meeting the minimum qualifications of the specifications and the lowest total cost
