Description
The Department of General Services (DGS) seeks to establish multiple-award contracts for the provision of 5-gallon / 1-gallon returnable bottled water and dispenser rental to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. The contract term will be 1 year with the option of 4 additional 1-year renewals. Bidders must meet all bid requirements, including supplier registration, bid submission, and eligibility. The awarded suppliers will be responsible for providing bottled water, maintaining an inspection system, and handling customer service.
