Thrasher Park Lighting Enhancements (RFP PW 26-03)

The City of Norcross is seeking a qualified contractor to provide lighting enhancements at Thrasher Park. The project includes the installation of new lighting, trenching, backfilling, compaction, and surface restoration. The contractor must ensure that all installations meet applicable state and local electrical codes, NEC standards, and manufacturer specifications. The project must be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed inspection report, proposed lighting additions, and a project approach methodology plan. • The project includes the installation of string/bistro lighting for the amphitheater lawn. • The project may include recessed landscape up-lighting additions, recessed pathway lighting additions, and other lighting additions. • The contractor must ensure that all materials are highly durable and weather-resistant. • The contractor must ensure that all lighting is warm, uniform, and does not conflict with neighboring residences. • The contractor must provide a detailed cost proposal, including labor and materials.
