Description
This project involves the construction and upgrade of a municipal sanitary sewer line along West 3rd Street to West 4th Street in Minden, Nebraska. The scope includes installing new 8‑inch sewer pipe, constructing three concrete manholes, removing existing concrete pavement, and providing all associated site work such as excavation, erosion control, traffic control, and utility street construction. The contract value is estimated between $100 K and $150 K, with an anticipated completion date of late August 2026.
• Install ~506 LF of 8″ sanitary sewer main with fittings.
• Construct three concrete manholes and perform site grading, excavation, and backfill.
• Remove and replace approximately 459 SY of 6″ roadway concrete, including traffic and erosion control measures.
• Provide all associated utilities, permitting, and coordination with the City of Minden.
