Wayne State University is seeking a single vendor to supply desktop and laptop computers, monitors, peripherals, and optional lifecycle services for its Computing & Information Technology and Classroom & Campus Technology Services. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions, requiring a 4‑year warranty, 24/7 support, and e‑procurement integration. Vendors must submit a discounted price off MSRP, adhere to price‑stability clauses, and provide a detailed transition and support plan.
• Supply of standard‑configuration desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories (minimum 4‑year warranty).
• Pricing based on a fixed discount off MSRP; price adjustments limited to ≤ 1 % annually (Years 2‑3) and ≤ 2 % for optional extensions.
