Budget estimate

$300,000 – $1,500,000

The budget for this opportunity is expected to be around $100,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on the annual cash rent per acre. The total budget for the 36-month contract period could be around $300,000 to $1,500,000. The budget will be made in full for each annual haying period by June 1st of every year. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of acres harvested, the type of hay produced, and the market price of hay. Additionally, the contractor's costs, such as equipment, labor, and materials, will also impact the budget. It's worth noting that the contract may be renewed for four additional 36-month periods, which could increase the total budget to around $1,200,000 to $6,000,000 over the life of the contract.
