Description
The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is seeking a contractor to provide gardening and antenna field maintenance services at the USAGM Philippines Transmitting Station in Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and related landscape elements, as well as performing grass cutting, ground and water control systems maintenance in the antenna field. The contractor will also be responsible for garbage/trash collection, hauling, and disposal.
• Gardening services: grass cutting, edging, trimming, turf repair, pruning, general garden and landscape works, watering, and pressure washing
• Antenna field maintenance: grass cutting, antenna base fences, kubu maintenance and repair, hazardous and toxic substances, irrigation and runoff control, and maintenance of the mango orchard
• Garbage/trash collection, hauling, and disposal
