Description
The City of Apache Junction is seeking a construction manager at risk for pre-construction and construction services for the Public Works Expansion Phase I project. The project is located within the corporate city limits of Apache Junction. The city is looking for a qualified construction manager to provide services for the expansion of the public works facility. The scope of work includes pre-construction and construction services.
• The construction manager will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, including design review and cost estimation.
• The construction manager will also be responsible for providing construction services, including project management and site supervision.
• The city is looking for a construction manager with experience in similar projects.
• The construction manager must be able to work closely with the city's staff and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
