Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Food Service Unit is seeking bids to provide a Hobart 13” Meat Slicer with removable knife, Model#HS8 for the Waiawa Correctional Facility (WCF) Food Service Unit. The offeror will be responsible for shipping, handling, and delivery to WCF. The bid must include shipping charges and all applicable taxes and fees. The award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible offer. The key factors in determining the best value to the state include the lowest bid for the unit and compliance with the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) at the time of award.
• The equipment required is a Hobart Manual 13” Meat Slicer with removable knife, Model#HS8.
• The delivery location is Waiawa Correctional Facility (WCF) Food Service Unit, located at 94-560 Kamehameha Highway, Waipahu, HI 96797.
• The offeror must provide an ETA and tracking details upon award and issuance of purchase order.
• The offeror must plan with the Individual Food Service Manager to determine date, time, and obtain necessary clearances prior to making delivery.
