Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide non-contract garbage services for ABC Store 067, located at 160 Baldwin Square, Fairhope, AL 36532, for a period of one year, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the system. The State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must provide written proof of qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance, if requested.
