Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Porite Building, located at 1535 Fairgrounds Road, Jefferson City, MO. The contractor will be responsible for providing evening janitorial services, including trash removal, floor care, glass surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation. The contract period will be for one year, with the option to add or delete buildings and areas as needed. The contractor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 5,690 square feet.
Some key requirements of the job include:
• Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services required
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants
• Performing weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as outlined in the contract
• Notifying the state agency of any changes or issues with the services being provided
• Providing a working supervisor/contact person who resides within 30 miles of the building
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor
