Notice of Contractor Settlement - Slope Mitigation at Firing

The State of Colorado, Office of the State Architect, State Buildings Program is providing notice of a contractor settlement for the Slope Mitigation at Firing Range project at Pikes Peak State College. The final settlement will be made with Harrison Western Construction Corporation on November 18, 2025. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim prior to the final settlement. • The project involves slope mitigation at the firing range on the Centennial Campus. • The final settlement will be made with Harrison Western Construction Corporation. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency. • Failure to file a claim prior to the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from liability.
