Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (China Lake, CA) is seeking a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to procure a Keysight UXA Signal Analyzer and associated KeysightCare software support. The award will be made to Keysight Technologies, Inc., with the option for authorized distributors to submit quotes. The solicitation includes hardware (signal analyzer, preamplifier, SSD, etc.) and software licenses (perpetual and subscription) covering a one‑year warranty and multi‑year support extensions. Delivery is required by 30 September 2026 to the NAWCWD Point Mugu site. Offerors must be SAM‑registered, have a valid DFARS 252.211‑7003 item identification, and be certified for CUI access via DLIS. Invoicing will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
