REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE OF 6,062 SF OF OFFICE SPACE IN BROWNSVILLE, HARLINGEN, LA FERIA, LASARA, LOS FRESNOS, LYFORD, OLMITO, PORT ISABEL, PORT MANSFIELD, RAYMONDVILLE, RIO HONDO, SAN BENITO, SAN PERLITA, SANTA ROSA, OR SEBASTIAN, TEXAS FOR THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE – PAROLE (TDCJ-PAROLE)

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is soliciting proposals for the lease of 6,062 square feet of office space in various locations in Texas, including Brownsville, Harlingen, La Feria, Lasara, Los Fresnos, Lyford, Olmito, Port Isabel, Port Mansfield, Raymondville, Rio Hondo, San Benito, San Perlita, Santa Rosa, or Sebastian. The lease is for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Parole (TDCJ-PAROLE). The proposed lease space must meet certain requirements, including being located within specific zip codes and complying with the Texas Accessibility Standards. Proposers must submit a completed proposal package, including company information, litigation history, relevant experience and financial condition, references, and a property condition statement. The evaluation criteria include litigation history, location, price, relevant experience and financial condition, and condition of facility/property. • The lease term will be for 5 or 10 years, with the option to renew. • The lease contract will be the State of Texas' standard lease. • The proposer must provide a site plan and location map. • The proposer must comply with the Texas Public Information Act. • The proposer must provide proof of ownership or control of the property. • The proposer must provide a signed original of the property condition statement. • The proposer must provide a completed Attachment C - Proposal Submittal and Execution of Proposal Form.
