Description
The Salt River Pima‑Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive drug‑testing and background‑screening services for its HR, Community Development, and Community Regulatory departments. The contract will run for three years and requires on‑site random and scheduled drug testing, pre‑employment and post‑accident testing, as well as a full suite of background investigations covering criminal history, licensing, education, employment, credit, tribal court checks, and more for employees, liquor‑related entities, and vendors. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, reporting tools, and maintain strict turnaround times as defined by SRPMIC’s fee schedule.
• Full‑service drug testing (random, on‑site, pre‑employment, post‑accident, reasonable‑suspicion) with multiple panel options.
• Extensive background‑screening for employees, housing applicants, casino/licensing personnel, vendors, and liquor‑license holders (criminal, credit, education, licensing, tribal, federal checks, etc.).
• Mandatory provision of staff, supplies, technology, and detailed management reports; designated contract administrator required.
• Contract length: 3 years, with award expected week of July 1 2026; proposal due 05/27/2026; questions due 05/07/2026.
