Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is soliciting proposals for the provision of secure office trailers, office, storage, and refrigerated containers for the FIFA Fan Festival at Centennial Olympic Park. The selected contractor will be required to provide (4) 12’ x 60’ office trailers, (8) 8’x20’ storage containers, (4) 8’x20’ office containers, and (6) 8’x20’ refrigerated storage containers. The contract duration is expected to be 105 days, from May 26 to July 22, 2026. The Authority intends to make a single award to the highest scored proposer meeting all requirements.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing the specified office trailers, storage containers, and refrigerated containers
• Ensuring timely delivery and installation of the equipment
• Maintaining the equipment in good working condition throughout the contract period
• Providing support services as needed
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and Authority policies
• Participating in a site survey with the production team between March and April, if selected
• Ensuring that all trucks used for delivery and pickup are properly insured and licensed
